Title: Clinical Recruiter

Compensation: $75,000-$85,000

Overview:
Always Compassionate Health is seeking a Clinical Recruiter who has knowledge and understanding of the healthcare industry and hiring for multiple disciplines.
This role’s primary responsibility makes it possible to find qualified RN, LPN, and therapists (OT, ST, PT) whose duties in the field make it possible to fill current contracts and client needs throughout the assigned region.
***You must reside in or near Melville/Long Island or be willing to commute daily, to be considered for the position. The position requires a combination of office time/team meetings and local travel within the region for weekly recruitment activities.
Responsibilities:
• Develop job specifications based upon new and current business needs
• Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs to appropriate job boards
• Source candidates by using databases, social media etc.
• Screen candidates resumes and job applications
• Recruit applicants for multiple disciplines including Home IV Infusion
• Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection processes
• Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, aptitudes, and skill sets
• Onboard new hire for them to become fully integrated
• Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during recruitment cycle and at specific periods after hire
• Other Duties may be assigned as needed
Qualifications:
• Experience in RN/LPN recruitment/staffing strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and platforms
• Proven ability to handle multiple requisitions and projects simultaneously
• Professional communication and organization skills
• High level of attention to detail
• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently
