Ultimate Staffing is partnering with a well-established mechanical contractor in Hunt Valley, MD, to recruit a skilled Estimator with experience in HVAC and mechanical systems. This is a direct hire opportunity with a company recognized for delivering high-quality commercial mechanical and plumbing installations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating mechanical construction projects and a detail-oriented mindset. This is a fantastic opportunity for an Estimator seeking long-term stability and growth within a reputable and established mechanical contractor. Location: Hunt Valley, MD

Pay: $90k-$110k/annually

Schedule: Monday-Friday

Responsibilities:

• Develop and prepare comprehensive estimates for mechanical and HVAC construction projects
• Analyze blueprints, project specifications, and related documentation
• Solicit and evaluate pricing from subcontractors and vendors
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers throughout the bidding process
• Maintain and update cost history data for future reference

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of mechanical or HVAC estimating experience
• Proficient in reading and interpreting mechanical drawings and project scopes
• Field experience is advantageous but not required
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with estimating software is a plus
• Excellent communication, organization, and analytical abilities
