You will conduct thorough investigations into incidents, complaints, and allegations related to our services and personnel. Your findings will inform our policies, procedures, and training programs to uphold the highest standards of care and integrity.Key Responsibilities:Investigation Conduct: Conduct detailed investigations into incidents, complaints, and alleged violations of company policies.Evidence Collection: Gather and analyze evidence, including interviews, documentation, and other relevant information.Report Preparation: Prepare comprehensive investigation reports detailing findings, conclusions, and recommended actions.Collaboration: Collaborate with internal departments, legal counsel, and external authorities as required during investigations.Policy Development: Assist in developing and revising company policies and procedures based on investigation outcomes.Training Support: Provide guidance and training to staff on investigation procedures and best practices.Compliance Monitoring: Monitor compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Documentation: Maintain accurate and confidential records of investigations and related activities.Qualifications:Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice, Law Enforcement, or related field (preferred).Proven experience as an investigator, preferably in healthcare, legal, or regulatory settings.Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.Proficiency in MS Office and investigation software/tools.Benefits:2 weeks PTO, healthcare, vision, dental, life insurance, 401kCompany Culture: At Safe & Secure Healthcare, we value integrity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
