We drive marketplace adoption among top sellers and maximize their sales. This role is key in executing Walmart's cross-border trade e-commerce strategy, fostering collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams. **What you'll do:** + Drive marketplace adoption and maximize seller sales + Generate leads, recruit, and onboard sellers to Walmart marketplace + Increase adoption of Walmart services to improve seller performance + Manage your own pipeline of prospective Sellers + Foster collaboration with international markets and cross-functional teams **What you'll bring:** + Proven track record of developing and closing high-impact deals + Experience in selling eCommerce Marketplaces or SaaS solutions + Strong leadership and team development skills + Experience in cross-border or international e-commerce + Fluency in a second language, with Spanish preferred The above information has been designed to indicate the general nature and level of work performed in the role.
