All about the role: The Service Desk Agent will have a strong desire to learn about Electrolux and its IT applications, including software provided by IBM, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. As a Service Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our employees, providing technical support and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT systems. Where you’ll be: This position will be based in the HQ, Charlotte Office, North Carolina. What you’ll do: Provide first-level technical support to employees via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues related to software, hardware, and network connectivity. Document and track incidents and requests in the ServiceNow ticketing system. Escalate complex issues to higher-level support teams as needed. Assist with the deployment and maintenance of IT applications and systems. Participate in training and development programs to stay current with industry trends and technologies. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred. Previous experience in a service desk or technical support role is a plus. Strong knowledge of IT applications, including software provided by IBM, Microsoft, and ServiceNow. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
