Responsibilities Learn Walgreens’ operations and lead “one-box” store operations, including front-end and pharmacy. Complete the accelerated development track to Store Manager as outlined in the learning plan. Assist and shadow the Store Manager in overseeing store operations. Training & Personal Development Complete the required certifications for the Store Manager role through classroom, online, and on-the-job training. Participate in rotations across stores and follow individual development plans. Engage in self-development and monitor performance for continuous growth. Gain knowledge of SOPs, systems, and obtain necessary pharmacy licensure. Customer Experience Engage with customers, resolve complaints, and model customer service best practices. Support improvements in service metrics and customer satisfaction. Operations Supervise store operations, merchandising, inventory, and asset protection under guidance. Ensure compliance with laws and safety standards. Business Performance Management Analyze store and pharmacy performance data to develop improvement plans. Identify sales opportunities and develop strategies to grow the business. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree with 3 years retail management experience, or high school diploma/GED with 5 years retail management experience. Fluent in English; willingness to work flexible hours and transfer locations. Preferred Qualifications PTCB Certification, Bachelor’s Degree, managerial experience in retail or hospitality.
