About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Reward and Recognition to join their team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Group People and Sustainability Leadership Team to set strategic priorities and manage the delivery of the People and Sustainability function. This role involves acting as a key stakeholder in the implementation of a new ERP system, leading the development of a targeted reward strategy that aligns with the company's culture and market position, and fostering a performance management culture. The Head of Reward and Recognition will also be responsible for collaborating with business stakeholders on talent acquisition and retention, ensuring total rewards align with the talent strategy, and providing expert advice on compensation and benefits. Applicants must have a proven track record in total reward expertise, strong communication skills, and experience in managing outsourced providers. A thorough understanding of Irish employment legislation, HR best practices, and experience with HR management systems is essential. The role requires a minimum of 5 years in a Senior Reward position, ideally from financial services or banking industries, and a minimum of 10 years HR experience in a mid to senior-level role. The candidate should be CIPD qualified and hold a third-level degree in a relevant discipline. The Head of Reward and Recognition will also be expected to stay abreast of legal and market developments, ensure compliance with regulations, and drive continuous improvement within the People and Sustainability function.
