Role Summary:

You’ll manage company's social media presence, focusing on community engagement, influencer outreach, content creation, and insights reporting. Your hairstylist experience will bring authenticity to the brand’s voice and help build strong connections with the professional beauty community.

What You’ll Do:

• Post content and interact with followers on social media.
• Write captions and responses to comments/messages.
• Create and improve social content that fits the brand.
• Quickly respond to questions, flag any issues or crisis signs.
• Build relationships with influencers and brand advocates.
• Collaborate with other teams to support launches and events.
• Monitor trends and competitors through social listening.
• Track and report on performance and audience insights.
• Support broader digital and content efforts when needed.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–3 years of social media experience.
• Strong writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and creative.
• Able to work quickly and handle change.
• Proactive, organized, and collaborative.
• Passion for beauty, social media, and trends.
• Willing to work some nights/weekends.
• Must be able to work in NYC office 2–3 days a week.
• Bonus: Hairstylist background for authentic brand voice.
